SkillArena

Eligibility & Availability

Participation depends on age, location and the rules of each competition. Availability and eligibility may vary by jurisdiction.

This page explains who may access SkillArena and enter skill-based competitions. It is a configuration-driven framework: the lists and licence fields below use placeholders until verified. Do not treat this draft as a statement that the service is lawful in every country, or that advertising is permitted in every market.

Intended market

The service is being prepared primarily for residents of United Kingdom. Launch availability in that market remains subject to completed legal review, technical geo-controls and any authorisations that counsel determines are required.

Permitted countries

SkillArena is configured for the following permitted market at this time:

Access from outside the United Kingdom may be refused at registration or login. Using a VPN or similar tool to misrepresent your location is prohibited and may lead to account closure.

Prohibited countries

All countries and territories other than the United Kingdom are currently outside the permitted market for SkillArena. The operator may update this list if the service expands or if law, sanctions or risk policy require additional restrictions. Availability and eligibility may vary by jurisdiction.

Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to participate in your jurisdiction. We may request proof of age where reasonably required for account integrity.

Regional and product restrictions

Even within a permitted country, certain regions, payment methods or product types may be restricted. Examples include regions subject to additional consumer or gaming rules, or competitions that counsel has not cleared for that locality. Game-level eligibility notices, where shown, form part of the entry conditions for that event.

Licensing requirements

Licensing or authorisation details are published on this site only when they have been verified and the licence display flag is enabled in configuration. No licence, regulator endorsement or authorisation number is claimed on this page at this time. If counsel later determines that a licence must be held and displayed for United Kingdom, the verified details will appear here and in the footer.

Prize availability by jurisdiction

Free practice modes may be more widely available than prize competitions. Cash or item prizes may be limited to specific countries or may be unavailable even where browsing is allowed. Before you pay an entry fee, check the competition page for prize eligibility. Winning a rank does not guarantee payout if you are later found to be outside an eligible jurisdiction or fail verification.

Advertising and classification (factual notice)

How classification works in practice

Calling a product a skill game does not automatically determine how regulators or advertising platforms treat it.

Google and other platforms may classify an online game according to its actual mechanics and the law of the target market. If a format requires licensing, governmental authorisation, or is legally treated as gambling in a given jurisdiction — or if chance determines the outcome — it must not be marketed as an unrestricted non-casino product in that market. Country eligibility and ad destination content must be reviewed before advertising. We do not state that the service is “not gambling anywhere” or “100% legal worldwide.” Availability and eligibility may vary by jurisdiction.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your participation is lawful where you live and where you are physically located when you play. If you are unsure, seek independent legal advice. For competition mechanics see Competition Rules. For account terms see Terms & Conditions.
