When you create an account we may process your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), date of birth or age confirmation, country or region, and marketing preference choices. You should not submit someone else’s details as your own.

We process technical logs such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP, referring URLs, pages viewed, timestamps, and diagnostic error data. This supports security, fraud prevention, eligibility controls and service reliability.

SkillArena currently offers Free Play only — No Purchase Required. No payment processors are integrated for game entry, deposits or prize payouts at this time. If paid features are introduced later, processor names will be listed here before any charges are taken.

Where reasonably required for age, identity, residence or account integrity, we may process copies of identity documents, proof of address, or similar evidence. These checks may be performed by specialised vendors under contract if introduced later.

If you opt in to email updates, we process your email and preference history to send service news. You may withdraw consent at any time. Advertising cookies or pixels are not currently installed. If they are added later for campaign measurement, they will be gated by the advertising cookie category and described in the Cookie Policy first.

13. International transfers
The operator is based in Azerbaijan and the service targets users in the United Kingdom. Personal data may therefore be processed in the United Kingdom, Azerbaijan and other countries where hosting or support tools are located. Where UK or EEA law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use appropriate mechanisms such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. 14. Retention
We retain account data while your account remains open and for a reasonable period afterward to handle disputes, security investigations and legal obligations. As a default for this free-play service: active account data while the account is open; closed-account records typically up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an ongoing dispute or legal obligation; support correspondence typically up to 24 months.
